Who Am I?

That’s the money question as they say …

​

My immediate response is I Am ME. The - Me, comprised of the many levels of my existence, evolvement and expansion. The - Me, that is a melting pot of cultural, ethnic, tribal learned values, traditions and chosen expression. The - Me that stems from my experiences of – living, loving, losing, learning, letting go, and moving on; providing the conduit to create a space to reset and become the best fitting ME experiencing life. You Know, the one that feels like Happy Freedom Loving Living YEAH! type of vibe.

Professionally trained in Hotel and Business Administration, sprinkled and doused in areas of Total Quality Management, Human Resources, Organization and Time Management, Psychology, Communications, Motivation and Leadership, Finances, Educational, Behavioral and Personal Development. Known to be energetic, motivated, organized, creative, results-oriented person. I have strong problem solving and analytical abilities; with excellent communication and inter-personal skills.

Now, I spend my days enthusiastic about the possibility of inspiring and empowering others to ReSet [re-define, re-connect, re-discover, re-direct or simply re-claim] their life's true purpose and passions.

 

In the Human Sense "I Am a spiritual being having a human experience", In that experience I have lived many roles: girl, woman, daughter, grand-daughter, sister, girlfriend, married, divorced and single woman, niece, cousin, god-daughter, god-mother, friend, lover, sinner and saint, student, teacher, leader, corporate professional - and most recently but not last an existential coach.
 

… when asked why I Do this, I tend to smile and my soul soars as I say, ‘cause in this great adventure called life in which I have lost and failed, I have ALSO WON AND SUCCEEDED and I Choose to live as the heavenly and unique creation of my Almighty Creator ... living, laughing, loving and sharing the uplifting message of LOVE, POSSIBILITIES AND FREEDOM.

And NOW Just as Important as the Who and Why is the HOW.

Life is interesting indeed, throughout the experiences lived I‘ve come to understand that the essence of empathy and compassion comes from love and forgiveness, the true value in life. That the beauty of life lies in being at peace with oneself and those who surround us - whether family, friend or foe – regardless the circumstance.

 

I am appreciative for the ability/prospect to serve others in realizing their potential and achieving well-being.
